How do we start?
Send the requirement. We reply within one business day with an approach and an indicative range. Non-trivial work then begins with a short paid discovery.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before the first detailed call if you'd prefer. Send yours or use ours.
Who owns what we pay for?
You do, in full, on final payment. Repositories and accounts in your name from day one if you want.
What if we want to leave mid-project?
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Short version: you pay for what's done, you keep what's built, and we hand it over properly.
Can you work with our existing team or vendor?
Regularly. We'll agree the boundary in writing so nobody is guessing who owns what.
What time zone do you work in?
ICT (GMT+7) is the core, with people across several time zones. We agree an overlap window at kickoff and hold it.
Do you sign our contract or yours?
Either. Ours is short; we're comfortable working from your paper.
What happens if the estimate was wrong?
On fixed-price work, that's our problem, not yours. A fixed price is fixed.

Digital Marketing
How long before we see results?
Paid: 2–4 weeks to stable cost per acquisition. Organic: 3–6 months for meaningful movement. We tell you which lever fits your deadline before you commit.
Do we need a minimum ad budget?
We'll tell you honestly if your budget is too small for the channel. Sometimes the answer is to spend it on the website instead.
Who owns the accounts?
You do. Ad accounts, analytics and domains stay in your name throughout.
Can you work with our in-house team?
Yes — often the best arrangement. We take the channels they don't have capacity for and hand back a documented process.
Product Development
What if we don't have a clear requirement yet?
That's normal, and it's what discovery is for. Come with the problem; the specification is our job.
What does an MVP cost?
It depends on scope, and anyone who quotes before discovery is guessing. Discovery is priced separately and small, so you find out cheaply.
Who owns the code?
You do, in full, on final payment. Repositories in your organisation from day one if you prefer.
What happens after launch?
Your choice: a support retainer, a fixed iteration block, or a clean handover to your team. We'll recommend one; you pick.
Data Analytics
Our data is a mess. Is that a problem?
It's the normal starting condition and the first phase of the work.
Which tools do you use?
Whatever fits your stack and budget — commonly BigQuery, PostgreSQL, dbt, Looker Studio, Power BI or Metabase. We won't push a licence you don't need.
Can you work with our existing dashboards?
Yes. Often the fastest win is fixing definitions behind reports you already have.
Do we need a data team to keep this running?
No. It's built to run unattended, with alerting and documentation so your team can take it over when you have one.
Travel Services
Do you handle both business and leisure?
Yes, and corporate accounts get consolidated invoicing and policy compliance.
Can you work to a fixed budget?
Yes. Tell us the number and we'll show what it buys and where stretching it changes the trip most.
What if plans change mid-trip?
Contact us and we rebook. That's included, not an extra.

Yes — see Visa Assistance. Booking and visa are coordinated so the dates never contradict each other.

Can you guarantee my visa is approved?
No, and nobody legitimately can. We can make the application as strong and complete as the facts allow.
How long does it take?
It varies by category and destination. We give you a realistic window at assessment and tell you when yours is running late.
What if I'm refused?
We review the stated grounds with you and advise whether to reapply, appeal or change approach.
Do you handle the government fees?
Government fees are separate from our service fee and are non-refundable. Both are itemised before you pay.

Which markets do you cover?
Vietnam is our primary market, with support in Hong Kong and India through our offices. Ask about anywhere else and we'll say honestly whether we can help.
How are you paid?
Fee structure is agreed in writing before we start and disclosed in full, including any commission from the other side.
Can you help from overseas?
Yes — remote viewings, video walkthroughs and representation are standard for our international clients.
Do you handle the legal work?
No. We coordinate with your lawyer and keep the timeline moving, but the legal work is theirs.
Ecommerce
Shopify or custom?
Shopify or WooCommerce for most catalogues. Custom when your model genuinely doesn't fit — we'll show the cost difference before you decide.
Can you migrate without losing SEO?
Yes. URL mapping and redirects are planned before migration, not patched after the traffic drops.
Do you handle ongoing marketing?
Yes — see Digital Marketing. Build and growth under one team is usually the better arrangement.
What about peak season?
We load-test to your projected peak and agree a support arrangement for the period in advance.
