This Privacy Policy explains how Bcallvn ("we", "us", "our"), with its head office at BDA Building, Lo E50, Khu 3Ha, Phu Dien, Bac Tu Liem, Ha Noi, Vietnam, collects, uses, shares and protects personal data.
We process personal data in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, including Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection and the Law on Cyber Information Security. Where we serve clients or handle data relating to individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we also apply the standards of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation.

Where we process personal data on behalf of a client while delivering a project, the client is the controller and we act as a processor under their instructions; their own privacy notice governs that processing. This policy covers data whose use we determine ourselves.
2. Personal data we collect
2.1 Data you give us
- Enquiry and quotation forms: name, email, telephone, company, country, budget range and the content of your message.
- Service applications (travel, visa, property): the identity, travel and transaction details required to deliver the service you requested. For visa work this may include passport details and supporting documents, collected only where the application requires them.
- Job applications: name, contact details, location, work history, notice period, links, CV.
- Newsletter: email address and, optionally, your name.
- Correspondence: the content of emails, calls and messages you exchange with us.
2.2 Data collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page.
- Usage data: pages viewed, time spent, navigation paths — only where you have consented to analytics cookies.
- Security data: request logs retained to detect and investigate abuse.
We do not use third-party advertising networks or cross-site tracking on this website, and we do not sell personal data.
2.3 Data we don't want
Please don't send financial account details, government identity numbers or health information through our website forms. Where a service genuinely requires sensitive documents — a visa application, for example — we will tell you how to send them securely rather than through the contact form.

4. Consent and withdrawal
Where we rely on consent you may withdraw it at any time, as easily as you gave it, by emailing privacy@bcallvn.us or using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter. Withdrawal doesn't affect processing already carried out, and it may mean we can no longer provide something you asked for.
5. Sharing personal data
Only where necessary, and only with: service providers who support our operations (cloud hosting, email delivery, error monitoring, payment processing) under contracts requiring them to protect the data and act only on our instructions; airlines, hotels, embassies, consulates, property counterparties and other third parties where that disclosure is the service you asked us to perform; payment gateways, which collect card and bank details directly — we never store them; professional advisers; and authorities where required by law.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not disclose it for third-party marketing.
6. International transfers
We operate across Vietnam, Hong Kong, India and the United States, and personal data may be processed in any of them. Cross-border transfers of Vietnamese personal data are made in accordance with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP, including the transfer impact assessment requirement where it applies. Transfers out of the EEA or UK are made under Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. Where a client requires data to remain in a specific jurisdiction we can deploy to a region of your choosing — agree this at the start of an engagement, because it affects architecture.
7. How long we keep personal data
- Enquiries that don't become projects: 24 months.
- Client records: for the engagement and 10 years after, to meet statutory record-keeping requirements.
- Completed visa, travel and property files: as long as required by the relevant authority or counterparty, and no longer.
- Job applications: 12 months from the decision. Tell us if you'd prefer immediate deletion.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
- Security and request logs: up to 180 days.
8. Your rights
Access · Correction · Deletion · Restriction of processing · Objection · Withdrawal of consent · Data portability · Complaint. Email privacy@bcallvn.us and we'll respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first, which protects you rather than obstructs you.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you may complain to the Department of Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention (A05) under Vietnam's Ministry of Public Security, or to your local supervisory authority where the EU or UK GDPR applies.
10. Children's data
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. Contact us and we will delete it if you believe we have.
11. Security
TLS in transit and encryption at rest for sensitive fields; role-based access control; hashed and salted credentials; logging and monitoring; regular patching; confidentiality obligations on all personnel. No system is completely secure. In the event of a breach we notify the relevant authority and affected individuals as the law requires.
12. Cookies
See our Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies are set only after you consent.
13. Changes
We'll update this policy as our practices or the law change, and the date at the top shows when. Where a change materially affects data we already hold, we'll take reasonable steps to tell you.
