Direct client contact
You hear the problem first-hand.
Small enough that your work is visible. Distributed enough that we hire wherever the right person happens to live.
You'll talk to clients directly — no account manager relaying requirements badly. You'll own features end to end, from the conversation about what's needed to the thing running in production. And you'll be expected to say when a requirement is wrong, because the alternative is building it anyway.
We hire worldwide. Our offices are in Hanoi, Hong Kong, Gurugram and Delaware, but you don't have to be near any of them — most of our team isn't. That buys you real flexibility. What it asks in return is real discipline about writing things down, because a working day that barely closes only functions if decisions are recorded rather than remembered.
You hear the problem first-hand.
You build it, you ship it, you're consulted on what's next.
Pushing back on a bad requirement is doing the job, not obstructing it.
Thorough, unhurried, and about the code.
Protected, not "if things are quiet".
Managed by controlling scope, not by asking people to absorb it.
We hire globally, pay in your currency, and contract in a form that works in your jurisdiction.
You'll lead technical delivery on client applications — architecture, the difficult parts of the build, and the code review standard everyone else works to. Small teams,...
Cross-platform mobile applications for operations, logistics and field teams — apps used all day by people whose job depends on them working.
Design business applications people use every day because their job requires it — where adoption is the measure, not delight. Dense tables, complex forms, real workflows.
Own quality across concurrent client projects — the test strategy, the automation, and the judgement about what ships.
Build client relationships across our markets. Consultative, not transactional — you'll be qualifying out as often as in, and that's the job working.
We reply to every application, including the ones we decline.
All roles: Remote — worldwide. Overlap: four hours with ICT (GMT+7).
Send your CV and a short note on what you'd want to work on to careers@bcallvn.us. Tell us where you're based — anywhere is fine. We read all of them and reply to all of them.
