Shaped first release
We find the smallest version that proves the idea, and build that one properly.
Discovery, design, engineering and launch. For founders and companies building web and mobile products people actually use.
We find the smallest version that proves the idea, and build that one properly.
Designers and developers in the same standup. No throwing files over a wall.
Analytics and error monitoring ship with v1, not after the first bad month.
The boring solution wins unless there's a reason it can't. Fewer moving parts, fewer 2am calls.
One codebase where that's sensible, native where it isn't. We'll explain which and why.
Documented, tested and transferable from the first commit.
A short, paid phase where we pressure-test the problem and cut the scope. You get a written brief, user flows, a scope with explicit exclusions, and a cost. If discovery says don't build it, we say that — it is the cheapest possible outcome for you.
Fortnightly releases to a staging environment you can use. Every release comes with a short note on what changed and what to look at. Changes of direction are cheap in week three and expensive in week twenty, which is exactly why we release early.
Launch is a checklist, not an event: performance budget, error monitoring, rollback plan, support rota. After launch we watch the numbers with you for a fixed period and fix what the data says, not what the loudest stakeholder says.
That's normal, and it's what discovery is for. Come with the problem; the specification is our job.
It depends on scope, and anyone who quotes before discovery is guessing. Discovery is priced separately and small, so you find out cheaply.
You do, in full, on final payment. Repositories in your organisation from day one if you prefer.
Your choice: a support retainer, a fixed iteration block, or a clean handover to your team. We'll recommend one; you pick.
Send the requirement. You'll get a written response within one business day — scope, approach and an honest view on whether we're the right fit.
